21 Michigan events to check out this weekend (Sept. 19-21)

It’s all about art this weekend, with the kickoff of ArtPrize in Grand Rapids, along with a mural festival and even more art across Metro Detroit. Other big highlights include the state’s premier Oktoberfest celebration in Frankenmuth and a blues festival in the capital city.
